We understand that life happens, and we try our very best to accommodate all of our clients. However, we ask that you please reach out ASAP with any changes that need to be made to your appointment. RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS: -We require rescheduling or cancellations to be made a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment. -Late reschedules or cancellations will be charged 80% of the service amount.  -Micropigmenation services require a deposit when booking. We will refund your deposit if you need to cancel before the 24hr window and don’t plan to reschedule. -Rescheduled appointments within the allowed time window will transfer the deposit to your new date and time. -When rescheduling, deposits can be transferred once to a new date. If you reschedule more than once, you will forfeit your original deposit and a new one must be made at time of booking. NO-SHOWS: Clients who fail to show up for their appointments are responsible for the full-service amount and the card on file will be charged. LATE POLICY: We understand that accidents and traffic happen. Please plan accordingly when driving into your appointment and allow enough time to get to the studio and park. If you are going to be more than 15-minutes late, we have to cancel your appointment as we cannot accommodate you, and it would negatively impact clients scheduled after you. You will be responsible for the full amount of the scheduled service. If your card on file declines, you will be unable to book any further services until your service fee is paid for the amount(s) specified in the policy above. Thank you for understanding.
